How to know my belt size?
It is easier than it seems. The fastest way is to know your size of pants / shorts and consult our Size Guide.
Another way is to measure waist circumference with a meter tailor. If you are undecided / a between two sizes, we recommend you’ll probably go for the larger one.
Some of our belts, such as elastic or stranded, do not have holes where the belt buckle, so it is much easier to find the one that best suits you.

What materials are used during the manufacturing process?
In all the products we use cowhide from different origins and with different levels of tanning.
The price of the skin varies depending on multiple factors, including the country of origin, the part of the animal body, and tanning products used for treatment.
For this reason you will find accessories that are smaller compared to other, but more expensive.
Moreover, most of the metal accessories we use (buckles, chains and rivets) are made of zamak metal and nickel.

ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
Have I made my order correctly?
When your purchase has finished and the order amount has been charged to your account, the order has been processed correctly.
Moreover, we will send you an e-mail purchase confirmation to the e-mail address you entered. If you have not received confirmation, please contact our customer service: email@example.com.
I have a promotion code, how do I use it?
Coupon codes can be added during the “Checkout” with your billing information.
The discount shall apply immediately upon entering the code, reducing the total purchase amount.
You can only use one coupon code per order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders that have been completed succesfully can not be canceled or edited. If you want to cancel your order, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org notifying the cancellation of your order and the reason, so that we will do everything we can to help you.
What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
We have the following forms of payment:
– Debit or credit card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.
– Paypal. To buy with PayPal you will be redirected to the Paypal page to proceed with the payment.
What shipping options can I choose?
You can only choose standard shippings, a free service we offer with the help of DHL Ground. They are responsible for delivering all packages within 1-3 days.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you prefer to receive the order in a specific time slot (eg only in the mornings, from 11am to 1pm, in the afternoon from 4pm …), as well as other requests related to the delivery of your order, you can add “Notes order” with the details of your shipping address, during “Checkout”.
You will receive an e-mail from DHL with your data and deadlines.
In case the order could not be delivered, attempted delivery, the carrier will contact you to agree a schedule that suits your preferences or a DHL office to which you can go to pick up the order.
It is not possible to send orders to military bases or post offices.
What shall I do if I have not received all the items of my purchase?
Check your email to see if we have sent an email informing you that some of the products of your order are no longer available.
In that case, we will refund for that article in the same method of payment used in the purchase amount.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or defective item?
If you exceptionally receive an item with a defect or a different one from the purchased one, we will refund that item to the same payment method used as soon as we receive the item and verify its status.
To process the return, you will have to fill in the Return Form present together with the package, reseal it well and send it with the courier company you prefer (Correos, MRW, DHL, Nacex …).
RETURNS AND SHIPPING
How I can exchange or return an item?
You have up to 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a refund.
To make a change for another size or color, you have to return it and indicate on the return form the size or color you want. We will proceed to the change and we will send it to you again.
Instead if you want to return a product, it must be in perfect conditions and do not shows obvious signs of use, bumps, scratches or stains. Otherwise, the return won’t be made.

In these cases we suggest you to send it by certified mail. The charges associated with the return or exchange are charged to the customer. Remember to include in the package delivery note purchase you received in your order, so we know the details of your order.
When will I receive a refund for the return of my online order?
As verify the status of returned items, we will send an informative email and we will proceed to refund the amount by the same method of payment used in the purchase. Keep in mind that the term for the reimbursement can be up to 10 working days after the notification.
